The Maryland Legislature established the state Invasive Plant Advisory Committee in 2011, to advise the Secretary of Agriculture on invasive plants whose production and sale should be limited within the state. The program will begin immediately following a brief MNPS chapter business meeting. The public is welcome to attend.
