This lovely trail along the Potomac River is home to stately trees and this time of year is covered in spring ephemerals. Join us to celebrate Earth Day one day early.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Limited to 15.

FREE but note there is a $10 per car entrance fee for the park unless you have a pass.

MNPS members only through March 10.

Notes: This is an easy trail but can be muddy if we have had rain. Bathrooms are available near the Visitor's Center.

Bring: Water, snacks, lunch, sturdy walking shoes. Optional: binoculars, hand lens, cameras, field guides.

Cancellation Policy: Trip will go in light drizzle; canceled if heavy rain.
