Our mission is to promote awareness, appreciation, and conservation
of Maryland's native plants and their habitats. We pursue our mission 
through education, research, advocacy, and service activities.

For Communities

Maryland PLANT Community Awards, a program funded by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, whereby organizations can apply for grants to develop an on-going urban forestry program.

Program Open Space, whereby local subdivisions can obtain financial and technical assistance for the planning, acquisition, and/or development of recreation land or open space areas.
