The conference is full and no additional registrations are being accepted. No Walk-Ins will be allowed.

The Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia Native Plant Societies will meet together at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, W VA.

Registration Fees:

  • Members of MD, VA, WV Native Plant Societies: $100
  • Nonmembers: $140
  • Students: $15
  • AFTER JULY 31, registration fees will increase by $40 so register now.

Accommodations: 

The NCTC has hotel-style rooms. Each room has a private bath. 

You will be required to make one of these selections during registration, includes lodging for Friday & Saturday nights and all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. No discounts for partial attendance. 

Single: One double bed; $300 per person

Sharing*: Two adults sharing one double bed; $220 per person

Double*: Two adults sharing a room with two beds (limited availability); $220 per person

*Couples (married or similar status) please select "Sharing a double bed." 

On-site Lodging is recommended to keep our conference fees as low as possible. Visit the NCTC site to see some photos of the rooms.

We request that you stay on campus to keep our conference fees low. Conference attendees who live in the area or are staying off campus must pay the $100 meal fee. All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch will be provided. No exceptions.
