We return to the Hyattstown section of Little Bennett for a shady walk in the woods.  We will follow the progress of late-flowering species such as Giant Yellow Hyssop, Lion's Foot, Hog Peanut and Tall Blue Lettuce while enjoying the diversity of trees in the upland and floodplain forests.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: Limited to 15.

Notes: Moderate walk, primarily on an old gravel road, approximately 1.5 miles each way.

Bring:Lunch, water, your favorite field guides.  Dress for the weather - sunscreen and hats are advised.

Cancellation Policy: Trip will go in light drizzle; canceled if heavy rain or if conditions are dangerous.
