Two-day Conference, co-sponsored by Mid-Atlantic Invasive Species Council and Society for Ecological Restoration, Midatlantic Chapter

Keynote Speaker: Doug Tallamy, Professor, University of Delaware

The conference will explore a variety of topics relating to invasion biology and restoration: impacts of invasive plants on whole ecosystems, invasive plant management partnerships at multiple spatial scales, the latest news on biocontrol, and melding restoration with working landscapes. Additionally, there will be two rapid-fire sessions of short, 7-minute talks, an evening poster pub, and field trips to local restoration sites. Plenty of time will be available for questions, discussion, and networking.

Juniata College is about a 3 hour drive from either Baltimore or Washington, DC. Cost is $210 (Students: $100).
