Registration

This is an exploratory field trip to various locations in the NJ Pine Barrens including Webbs Mill Bog. Plants expected: Curly Grass Fern (Schizaea pusilla) which is currently unknown in MD, Carolina Clubmoss (Lycopodium carolinianum) and Grass Pink (Calopogon pulchellus). We'll probably be too late for Dragon's Mouth Orchid (Arethusa bulbosa) and too early for Rose Pogonia (Pogonia ophioglossoides). We hope to see Daisy Leaf Grape Fern (Botrychium matricariaefolium) and White Fringe Orchid (Habenaria blephariglottis). From DC, driving time is close to 3 hours to the meeting point in NJ.
