163rd walk in the longstanding Wild Washington Series
We will visit Tregaron in Northwest Washington DC, 13 acres of parkland protected by the nonprofit Tregaron Conservancy as green space in perpetuity, for the benefit of the public. The Conservancy has restored and planted woodland gardens, native grass and wildflower meadows, streams, trails and a restored lily pond. Tregaron is located just west of Rock Creek Park, between the Cleveland Park and Woodley Park neighborhoods of Northwest DC. For more information and a trail map, go to https://www.tregaronconservancy.org/
