Violette's Lock (Friday)

Description: Violette's is lovely in the fall with views of the Potomac and the cliffs of Blockhouse Point. Lots of color in the trees (we'll practice ID). Pawpaws, persimmons and plenty of other fruits.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Limited to 15 people. 

Registration limited to MNPS members only through September 24, 2019.

Notes: Easy walking along the C & O Canal towpath.

Bring:  Field guides, water, snacks and lunch, binoculars, sun or rain protection.

Cancellation Policy:  We will go in light drizzle or light rain, but the trip will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain or storms.
